spinner rims
Spinning wheel covers
Spinner rims are decorative wheel covers that continue rotating after a vehicle has stopped, creating an eye-catching visual effect.
Popular in hip-hop culture and car customization scenes of the early 2000s, they became symbols of flashy wealth and automotive style: He pulled up with spinner rims still spinning at the stoplight.
The trend has largely faded but remains iconic of that era's aesthetic.
