soliloquist
Lone stage talker
A soliloquist is someone who delivers a soliloquy—a speech given aloud while alone or as if alone, typically in a dramatic work.
The term applies both to characters performing soliloquies and to actors skilled at delivering them: Hamlet is theater's most famous soliloquist.
By extension, anyone who talks to themselves or holds forth without regard for listeners.
