scan and go
Beep and leave
Scan and go is a self-checkout method where shoppers use a handheld device or smartphone app to scan items as they shop, then pay without waiting in a traditional checkout line: I used scan and go and was out of the store in ten minutes.
The system shifts scanning labor from cashiers to customers in exchange for speed and convenience.
