saggers
Things that droop
Saggers is slang for pants worn low on the hips, exposing underwear, or for the people who wear them that way.
The style emerged from hip-hop culture in the 1990s and has been subject to dress code bans and public disapproval: The mall security guard told the saggers to pull up their pants.
