riotousness

Unrestrained chaotic revelry

Riotousness is the quality of being wild, unrestrained, or excessively boisterous.

It can describe behavior that is disorderly or tumultuous, as in the riotousness of the crowd after the match, or more positively suggest exuberant abundance and profusion: the riotousness of color in her garden.

The word carries connotations of excess that spills beyond normal bounds, whether that excess is destructive or simply extravagant.
