reunion tour
Getting back together
A reunion tour is a concert tour by a band or musical group that had previously broken up or gone on extended hiatus.
The term implies the members have come back together after a significant separation, often to capitalize on nostalgia: The band announced a reunion tour twenty years after their last album.
Reunion tours typically generate excitement among longtime fans eager to see performers from their youth.
