restaurant grades
Eatery health ratings
Restaurant grades are ratings assigned by health departments after inspecting food establishments for safety and sanitation.
In many jurisdictions, restaurants must display their grade—typically A, B, or C—in a visible location.
An A indicates excellent compliance; lower grades signal violations like improper food storage or pest problems.
