reshingled
Replaced roof tiles
Reshingled means fitted with new shingles after the old ones were removed or worn out.
The word almost always refers to roofing: We had the house reshingled after the storm.
Occasionally it describes siding or other overlapping-panel surfaces that have been replaced.
