rehabbers

House renovation enthusiasts

Rehabbers are people who rehabilitate things.

Most commonly, a rehabber is someone who buys run-down properties, renovates them, and sells them for profit: The rehabbers gutted the kitchen and added a second bathroom before flipping the house.

The term also applies to wildlife rehabilitators—volunteers or professionals who care for injured, sick, or orphaned wild animals with the goal of releasing them back into nature.
