reflip

Turn over twice

To reflip is to flip again—turning something over a second time, or repeating a coin toss or similar chance event.

In real estate investing, reflipping means reselling a property that was previously flipped: The market crashed before he could reflip the condo.

In casual contexts, it often describes redoing any quick reversal: I had to reflip the pancake because one side was still raw.
