recorked
Sealed wine again
Recorked describes a bottle, especially of wine, that has had its cork replaced after being opened.
A sommelier may recork an unfinished bottle for a guest to take home.
In the wine trade, recorked sometimes indicates an older bottle whose original cork was replaced to preserve the contents: The 1961 Bordeaux was recorked at the château in 1995.
