reconsigning
Redirecting a shipment
Reconsigning is redirecting a shipment to a different destination or recipient while it's already in transit.
The practice is common in freight and logistics when plans change after goods have shipped: The cargo was reconsigned to the Chicago warehouse instead of Detroit.
It can also mean consigning something again after an earlier consignment.
