rebolt
Lock the door again
To rebolt is to bolt again—either refastening something with bolts that were removed, or replacing old bolts with new ones.
The term appears in construction, machinery maintenance, and automotive work: We had to rebolt the engine mount after the inspection.
Also used for re-securing doors or gates with sliding bolts.
