rebanned
Outlawed once more
Rebanned means banned again, after a previous ban was lifted or after being banned once before.
Common in online contexts where users face repeated suspensions from platforms or games: He got rebanned within a week of his account being restored.
The word implies a cycle—someone regained access only to lose it again.
