realizer
One who accomplishes
A realizer is someone who makes something real or brings it into being—whether a plan, a vision, or an artistic concept.
In philosophy, particularly philosophy of mind, a realizer is the physical state or mechanism that implements a mental property: Pain might have different realizers in humans and octopuses.
The word appears more often in technical contexts than everyday speech.
