photo stream
Continuous picture flow
A photo stream is a continuously updated collection of digital photographs, typically synced automatically across devices or shared with others in real time.
The term gained currency with cloud storage services that push new photos to all connected devices: My photo stream filled up while I was on vacation.
It emphasizes the flowing, automatic nature of modern photo sharing rather than deliberate album organization.
