patriotic art
Flag-waving creative works
Patriotic art is visual work expressing love of country or national pride—paintings of founding fathers, sculptures of war heroes, propaganda posters urging citizens to sacrifice.
The term can be descriptive or dismissive, depending on whether the speaker values such expression or finds it jingoistic: The mural was dismissed as mere patriotic art.
