paper trimmer
Straight edge slicer
A paper trimmer is a device for cutting paper in straight lines, typically featuring a flat base with measurement guides and either a sliding blade or a hinged arm with a cutting edge.
Paper trimmers produce cleaner, more precise cuts than scissors, especially for photos, cards, or stacks of sheets: I used the paper trimmer to resize the prints for the scrapbook.
