owl nest
Nocturnal bird's home
A nest built or occupied by owls, though many owl species don't construct their own nests at all—they take over abandoned nests of other birds, use tree cavities, or nest on the ground.
Unlike songbird nests, owl nests tend to be rough, unlined affairs: We found an owl nest in the old barn rafters.
