optimists
Glass-half-full types
Optimists are people who expect favorable outcomes.
Where pessimists anticipate the worst, optimists believe things will work out: Optimists see the glass as half full.
The disposition can be philosophical—a belief that the world tends toward good—or simply temperamental: She's one of those natural optimists who bounces back from anything.
