oil drain
Engine's waste portal
An oil drain is the plug, valve, or opening that allows oil to be removed from an engine, transmission, or other machinery during fluid changes.
The term also refers to the act itself: The mechanic did a quick oil drain before adding fresh lubricant.
A drain pan catches the old oil during the process.
