Tread wear equalizer
Tire rotation is the practice of periodically moving a vehicle's tires to different positions—front to back, side to side, or diagonally—to promote even wear and extend tire life.
Most manufacturers recommend rotation every 5,000 to 8,000 miles: I'm due for a tire rotation.
