night crew
Overnight work team
Night crew refers to workers who staff a business or operation during overnight hours, typically when the day shift has gone home.
The term applies across industries—from warehouse workers and hospital staff to restaurant employees and security guards.
Night crew often handles restocking, cleaning, or maintenance that can't happen during busy daytime hours: The night crew stocks the shelves after the store closes.
