new music
Recently released songs
New music is a broad term for contemporary classical or experimental composition, typically emphasizing unconventional techniques, sounds, or structures.
The phrase distinguishes work by living composers from the established repertoire: The ensemble specializes in new music.
In casual use, new music simply means recently released songs in any genre: I'm always looking for new music to add to my playlist.
