mugshots
Police booking photographs
Mugshots are photographs taken by law enforcement when someone is arrested, showing the face from the front and in profile.
The term extends to any unflattering identification photo: My driver's license photo looks like a mugshot.
Mugshot websites controversially publish arrest photos, sometimes demanding payment for removal.
