misshape

Make look wrong

To misshape is to shape badly or give an abnormal form to something: Years of heavy labor had misshaped his hands.

The past participle misshapen is far more common than the verb itself, functioning as an adjective for things deformed or distorted: a misshapen lump of clay, misshapen fruit rejected by supermarkets.
