math lab
Numbers practice room
A math lab is a designated space—typically in a school, college, or tutoring center—where students can work on mathematics with access to resources and assistance.
Unlike a scheduled class, a math lab usually operates as a drop-in facility: I spent an hour in the math lab before my calculus exam.
Some math labs emphasize computer-based learning or specialized software.
