Unlifelike describes something that fails to resemble or capture the qualities of living things.
A portrait might look unlifelike if the subject appears wooden or distorted.
The word usually criticizes art, animation, or simulation that doesn't achieve convincing realism: The CGI characters moved in an unlifelike way.
