lever handle
Push-down door grip
A lever handle is a door handle shaped like a horizontal bar that pivots downward to unlatch, as opposed to a round knob that must be gripped and turned.
Lever handles are easier to operate for people with limited hand strength or mobility—you can push down with an elbow or forearm: Building codes often require lever handles for accessibility.
