leechers
They only take
Leechers are people who take from a shared resource without contributing back.
The term comes from peer-to-peer file sharing, where leechers download files but don't allow uploads to others—draining the network's bandwidth without replenishing it.
The word extends to anyone who exploits communal generosity: The forum banned leechers who never posted but scraped all the content.
