junior choir
Children's singing group
A junior choir is a singing group for children or young teenagers, typically in a church or school setting.
Distinguished from adult or senior choirs, junior choirs often perform simpler arrangements suited to younger voices: My daughter joined the junior choir when she turned eight.
The age range varies but usually spans roughly ages seven to fourteen.
