international boundary
Line between countries
An international boundary is the line where one country ends and another begins—a border between nations.
These boundaries may follow natural features like rivers or mountain ranges, or be drawn by treaty along arbitrary lines: The Rio Grande forms the international boundary between the United States and Mexico.
