in house
Done by staff
In house (usually hyphenated as in-house) means within an organization rather than outsourced to external parties: We handle all our marketing in-house.
The term appears as both adjective and adverb: an in-house lawyer works directly for the company, not at an outside firm.
The opposite is outsourced or contracted out.
