hyposensitive
Reduced sensory sensitivity
Hyposensitive describes reduced sensitivity to stimuli—the opposite of hypersensitive.
The term appears most often in discussions of sensory processing: a hyposensitive child might seek intense physical input, crave loud sounds, or fail to notice temperature changes that others find uncomfortable.
He's hyposensitive to pain, which makes injuries dangerous to overlook.
