hot water heating

Boiler-based climate control

Hot water heating is a system that warms buildings by circulating heated water through pipes to radiators, baseboard units, or radiant floor tubing.

The water absorbs heat from a boiler, carries it throughout the structure, then returns to be reheated.

Also called hydronic heating.

The old brownstone still has its original hot water heating system.
