horrorshow
Gruesome cinematic experience
Horrorshow has two distinct meanings.
In Anthony Burgess's novel *A Clockwork Orange*, it's teenage slang (from Russian *khorosho*) meaning good or excellent: It was a real horrorshow evening.
Independently, horrorshow describes something resembling a horror film—chaotic, disturbing, or grotesquely awful: The committee meeting devolved into a complete horrorshow.
