go-by

Slip by unnoticed

A go-by is a deliberate snub or act of passing someone over.

To give someone the go-by is to ignore or avoid them, especially after a previous relationship: She gave her old boyfriend the go-by when she saw him at the party.

The expression is somewhat old-fashioned but still understood.
