glary
Painfully lit up
Glary describes light that is harsh, dazzling, or uncomfortably bright: The glary fluorescent lights gave everyone a washed-out look.
It can also describe surfaces that produce such light through reflection: glary snow, a glary windshield.
The word is informal and less common than its root glare.
