end user license agreement
Software usage terms
An end user license agreement, often abbreviated EULA, is a legal contract between a software developer or publisher and the person who installs or uses the software.
It specifies what the user may and may not do with the software, typically restricting copying, redistribution, and reverse engineering while disclaiming liability for damages.
Most people click "I agree" without reading these notoriously lengthy documents.
The EULA prohibited installing the software on more than one computer.
