dust ruffles
Bed base covers
A dust ruffle is a decorative fabric panel that hangs from beneath a mattress to the floor, concealing the box spring and the space under the bed.
Also called a bed skirt.
The name reflects the original purpose: keeping dust from accumulating under the bed.
