doll eyes
Vacant plastic gaze
Doll eyes describes a wide-eyed, unblinking stare that appears vacant or emotionless—like the fixed glass eyes of a doll.
The phrase often suggests something unsettling: She has those creepy doll eyes.
In descriptions of sharks or killers, doll eyes emphasize a cold, lifeless quality: Black eyes, like a doll's eyes—when he comes at you he doesn't seem to be living.
