do not call
Telemarketer blocking list
Do not call refers to lists or registries that prohibit telemarketers from contacting people who have opted out of unsolicited sales calls.
In the US, the National Do Not Call Registry lets consumers block most commercial calls: I put my number on the do not call list years ago.
The phrase also functions as an adjective: do not call regulations.
