depictive

Rendering an image

Depictive means serving to depict or represent something visually or descriptively.

The term appears most often in linguistics, where a depictive is a secondary predicate describing the state of a noun during an action: in She ate the fish raw, "raw" is depictive, describing the fish's state when eaten.

Outside technical contexts, depictive simply means representational or illustrative.
