A cuckolder is someone who has sex with another person's spouse, making that spouse a cuckold.
The term applies regardless of gender but traditionally describes a man sleeping with a married woman: Her cuckolder was her husband's business partner.
In fetish contexts, a cuckolder is the outside partner in consensual cuckolding scenarios.
