contractual agreements
Legally enforceable promises
Contractual agreements are legally binding arrangements between parties that establish mutual obligations and rights.
The phrase is somewhat redundant—contracts are by definition agreements, and agreements formalized into contracts are by definition contractual.
The fuller phrase emphasizes the formal, enforceable nature of the arrangement: All contractual agreements must be reviewed by legal counsel before signing.
