complete edition
Nothing left out
A complete edition contains all of a writer's works or all parts of a particular work, as opposed to selections, abridgments, or partial collections.
Publishers use the term to signal that nothing has been omitted: the complete edition of Shakespeare's plays, a complete edition of the letters.
The designation often distinguishes scholarly or definitive publications from popular excerpts.
