club fair
Student group showcase
A club fair is an event, typically at schools or universities, where student organizations set up tables or booths to recruit new members.
Usually held at the start of an academic term, club fairs let students browse available activities and sign up for groups that interest them: I joined three clubs at the club fair freshman year.
