clock hands
Dial's rotating arms
Clock hands are the rotating indicators on an analog clock or watch that point to the hours, minutes, and sometimes seconds.
The hour hand is shorter and moves slower; the minute hand is longer.
The clock hands showed quarter past three.
Clockwise motion takes its name from the direction these hands travel.
