chockablock

Stuffed to capacity

Chockablock means packed tightly together, crammed full: The shelves were chockablock with old books.

Originally a nautical term describing blocks of a tackle drawn so close together they touch.

Often intensified as chock-full or used with "with": The street was chockablock with tourists.

Sometimes spelled chock-a-block.
