bulblet
Miniature vegetative propagule
A bulblet is a small bulb that forms on the parent plant—typically at the base of the main bulb, along the stem, or sometimes where flowers would appear.
These miniature bulbs can be separated and planted to propagate new plants: The lily produced several bulblets that I replanted in the fall.
